Are theses signs of Cancer? No giggling please. Need some advice?

I'm sorry your feeling yucky. If I were you i'd definitely get another doctors opinion. It's sounds like a type of infection that can lead to cancer. Please don't wait til it's to late GO GET ANOTHER OPINION. I hope it's not life threatening. Good luck you!
