Why do Jews reject Jesus and Muhammad as prophets?

Why do they want to claim Moses, peace upon him, was the last prophet when Jesus could perform miracles (because God let him) and Muhammad couldn't read or write, he was illiterate, it's impossible for him to make the whole thing up, clearly God sent down the message to him last!!!
