Lets me cuddle with her in my bed then rejects me?

So last night my ex girlfriend came over. Two of my friends were over at my house as well and we all decided to go for a walk. It was night time so it was real dark. At one point in the walk she held on to my arm for awhile so she wouldn't fall in her heels and even for a bit when we got into the light. We stayed up all night and in the morning we were sleeping on my swing but she was at the end of it and i was at the top. then i asked her if she wanted to go to my bed and she agreed. when we got in bed she fell asleep. later in the morning i mustered up the gusts to put my arm around her and spoon/cuddle with her. she woke up, realized and was ok with it. she was even ok with me kissing her body. Yet, when i started rubbing up her leg she said my name in a bad tone implying i should stop. I completely refrained from touching her, turned on my side, and let out a big sigh. she got the point and seemed concerned. she seemed confused and kept asking me wats wrong and if i was ok. then she gives me a hug goodbye after sleeping a bit longer and that was it. What on earth is going on here?
